Thank You, I remember as well. I will never forget.
I remember everything about that day. When we forget, we lose our focus, our unity, and our resolve. I imagine this day was particularly meaningful with the birth of your twins so close to it. Rejoicing living while mourning those lost!
I, too, remember every moment of that dreadful morning.
We must continue to remember 9/11 with relevance...which is not a "National Day of Service and Remembrance," where service comes first.
My heart has gotten heavier with each blog-post remembrance. The carnage ranks up there with Pearl Harbor, Okinawa and Normandy.
May we NEVER forget.
