Chernobyl at Sea

Russia is starting to build floating nuclear reactors. It sounds like a great idea. Quickly deliver power to new or damaged areas. Dropping anchor off the shore of Burma and getting water purification and emergency power could have saved lives. Is it worth the risk?

I don't see any measure of security being brought to bare. This is a major accident waiting to happen. We have major terrorist organizations looking for this very item. Currently all the nuclear reactors at sea are in battle ships. I may be wrong but it would be a little easier to take this ship then one of those.

At first it sounds like a good idea, but security-wise ... I'm not so sure.

I would hope the Ruskies are smart enough to provide adequate security for such a "tool"
