Cap and TAX

Once again, We the People have been trampled on. Those we have elected to represent us have put on golf cleats and stomped on us hard. We are bleeding and suffering from a non-stop socialist take over of America. They have taken over our financial industries, our major manufacturing and now they have taken the energy that runs our nation. The US House has fully depleted us and they have only just begun.

While the economy continues to fall and the employment rate continues to rise, our leaders take steps to increase this trend. The whole time they are patting themselves on the back for saving the world.

CO2 is a post curser to global warming. If you look at the vast number of charts and graphs you will notice that CO2 rises after temperature. So our brain trust in DC are chasing the tail of global temperature. The interesting thing that no one wants to notice in the charts is the global cooling that follows the rise in CO2. (Chart)

The biggest player in the atmosphere game is water vapor and nobody will even report that it is out on the field. Water vapor makes up 95% of our atmosphere and nobody talks about it. Almost all climate models ignore clouds. (Charts and Info)

The biggest player by far, with out this player none of this is possible, the sun. No one in the Global Warming religious movement is willing to recognize the sun as the key player. It is the dominate player in the solar system and these crazy people ignore it. The sun has energy output variations that play a far greater roll in our global environment. (Sun effects)

Since congress never reads any of the bills it signs into law. You can bet that none of them have read any of the science that goes into it either. Let me offer you a few quotes to emphasis the religion and dogged determination of the Global Warming Industry.

"We have to offer up scary scenarios, make simplified, dramatic statements, and make little mention of any doubts we may have. Each of us has to decide what the right balance is between being effective and being honest."

Stephen Schneider (leading advocate of the global warming theory)
(in interview for Discover magazine, Oct 1989)

Nobody is interested in solutions if they don't think there's a problem. Given that starting point, I believe it is appropriate to have an over-representation of factual presentations on how dangerous (global warming) is, as a predicate for opening up the audience to listen to what the solutions are...

former Vice President Al Gore
(now, chairman and co-founder of Generation Investment Management--
a London-based business that sells carbon credits)
(in interview with Grist Magazine May 9, 2006, concerning his book, An Inconvenient Truth)

"Researchers pound the global-warming drum because they know there is politics and, therefore, money behind it. . . I've been critical of global warming and am persona non grata."

Dr. William Gray
(Professor of Atmospheric Sciences at Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colorado and leading expert of hurricane prediction )
(in an interview for the Denver Rocky Mountain News, November 28, 1999)

"Scientists who want to attract attention to themselves, who want to attract great funding to themselves, have to (find a) way to scare the public . . . and this you can achieve only by making things bigger and more dangerous than they really are."

Petr Chylek
(Professor of Physics and Atmospheric Science, Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia)
Commenting on reports by other researchers that Greenland's glaciers are melting.
(Halifax Chronicle-Herald, August 22, 2001) (8)

Do you like being lied to? You better start calling the senate and shaking this thing loose or we are all going to pay big for nothing.

They Plan a Tax Increase

The last thing we need is another tax increase. The last thing our government needs is more access to our money. The last thing I want to give them is more power. They can't do what is required of them by the constitution. Help spread the word and write your leaders. They need to know how you feel about their theft of your hard work.

Two Inspector Generals?

It looks like Obama is cleaning house. He and his administration are doing everything possible to protect themselves and their corruption. Anyone who dares point to a fault or illegal act performed by a friend or financier of the Obama Machine, will be punished.

Check out this Article:

Senator asks about firings of watchdogs

Removal of 2 inspectors general prompts questions

WASHINGTON - -- He was appointed with fanfare as the public watchdog over the government's multi-billion dollar bailout of the nation's financial system. But now Neil Barofsky is embroiled in a dispute with the Obama administration that delayed one recent inquiry and sparked questions about his ability to freely investigate.

The disagreement stems from a claim by the Treasury Department that Barofsky is not entirely independent of the agency he is assigned to examine ¿ a claim that has prompted a stern letter from a Republican senator warning that agency officials are encroaching on the integrity of an office created to protect taxpayers.

Sen. Charles Grassley, R- Iowa, sent the letter Wednesday to Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner demanding information about a "dispute over certain Treasury documents" that he said were being "withheld" from Barofsky's office on a "specious claim of attorney-client privilege."

A White House spokesman declined to comment, referring questions to the Treasury Department. Treasury spokesman Andrew Williams said late Wednesday that the agency would read Grassley's letter and respond to the senator before any public comment.

The dispute comes as Grassley, ranking Republican on the Senate Finance Committee, is looking into the abrupt firings within the last week of two other inspectors general ¿ one of whom was fired by the White House and the other by the chair of the International Trade Commission.

Both inspectors general had investigated sensitive subjects at the time of their firings.

The Letter of a Patriot.

I'm a home grown American citizen, 53, registered Democrat all my life. Before the last presidential election I registered as a Republican because I no longer felt the Democratic Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. Now I no longer feel the Republican Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. The fact is I no longer feel any political party or representative in Washington represents my views or works to pursue the issues important to me. There must be someone. Please tell me who you are. Please stand up and tell me that you are there and that you're willing to fight for our Constitution as it was written. Please stand up now. You might ask yourself what my views and issues are that I would horribly feel so disenfranchised by both major political parties. What kind of nut job am I? Will you please tell me?

Well, these are briefly my views and issues for which I seek representation:

One, illegal immigration. I want you to stop coddling illegal immigrants and secure our borders. Close the underground tunnels. Stop the violence and the trafficking in drugs and people. No amnesty, not again. Been there, done that, no resolution. P.S., I'm not a racist. This isn't to be confused with legal immigration.

Two, the TARP bill, I want it repealed and I want no further funding supplied to it. We told you no, but you did it anyway. I want the remaining unfunded 95% repealed. Freeze, repeal.

Three: Czars, I want the circumvention of our checks and balances stopped immediately. Fire the czars. No more czars. Government officials answer to the process, not to the president. Stop trampling on our Constitution and honor it.

Four, cap and trade. The debate on global warming is not over. There is more to say.

Five, universal healthcare. I will not be rushed into another expensive decision. Don't you dare try to pass this in the middle of the night and then go on break. Slow down!

Six, growing government control. I want states rights and sovereignty fully restored. I want less government in my life, not more. Shrink it down. Mind your own business. You have enough to take care of with your real obligations. Why don't you start there.

Seven, ACORN. I do not want ACORN and its affiliates in charge of our 2010 census. I want them investigated. I also do not want mandatory escrow fees contributed to them every time on every real estate deal that closes. Stop the funding to ACORN and its affiliates pending impartial audits and investigations. I do not trust them with taking the census over with our taxpayer money. I don't trust them with our taxpayer money. Face up to the allegations against them and get it resolved before taxpayers get any more involved with them. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, hello. Stop protecting your political buddies. You work for us, the people. Investigate.

Eight, redistribution of wealth. No, no, no. I work for my money. It is mine. I have always worked for people with more money than I have because they gave me jobs. That is the only redistribution of wealth that I will support. I never got a job from a poor person. Why do you want me to hate my employers? Why ‑‑ what do you have against shareholders making a profit?

Nine, charitable contributions. Although I never got a job from a poor person, I have helped many in need. Charity belongs in our local communities, where we know our needs best and can use our local talent and our local resources. Butt out, please. We want to do it ourselves.

Ten, corporate bailouts. Knock it off. Sink or swim like the rest of us. If there are hard times ahead, we'll be better off just getting into it and letting the strong survive. Quick and painful. Have you ever ripped off a Band‑Aid? We will pull together. Great things happen in America under great hardship. Give us the chance to innovate. We cannot disappoint you more than you have disappointed us.

Eleven, transparency and accountability. How about it? No, really, how about it? Let's have it. Let's say we give the buzzwords a rest and have some straight honest talk. Please try ‑‑ please stop manipulating and trying to appease me with clever wording. I am not the idiot you obviously take me for. Stop sneaking around and meeting in back rooms making deals with your friends. It will only be a prelude to your criminal investigation. Stop hiding things from me.

Twelve, unprecedented quick spending. Stop it now.

Take a breath. Listen to the people. Let's just slow down and get some input from some nonpoliticians on the subject. Stop making everything an emergency. Stop speed reading our bills into law. I am not an activist. I am not a community organizer. Nor am I a terrorist, a militant or a violent person. I am a parent and a grandparent. I work. I'm busy. I'm busy. I am busy, and I am tired. I thought we elected competent people to take care of the business of government so that we could work, raise our families, pay our bills, have a little recreation, complain about taxes, endure our hardships, pursue our personal goals, cut our lawn, wash our cars on the weekends and be responsible contributing members of society and teach our children to be the same all while living in the home of the free and land of the brave.

I entrusted you with upholding the Constitution. I believed in the checks and balances to keep from getting far off course. What happened? You are very far off course. Do you really think I find humor in the hiring of a speed reader to unintelligently ramble all through a bill that you signed into law without knowing what it contained? I do not. It is a mockery of the responsibility I have entrusted to you. It is a slap in the face. I am not laughing at your arrogance. Why is it that I feel as if you would not trust me to make a single decision about my own life and how I would live it but you should expect that I should trust you with the debt that you have laid on all of us and our children. We did not want the TARP bill. We said no. We would repeal it if we could. I am sure that we still cannot. There is such urgency and recklessness in all of the recent spending.

From my perspective, it seems that all of you have gone insane. I also know that I am far from alone in these feelings. Do you honestly feel that your current pursuits have merit to patriotic Americans? We want it to stop. We want to put the brakes on everything that is being rushed by us and forced upon us. We want our voice back. You have forced us to put our lives on hold to straighten out the mess that you are making. We will have to give up our vacations, our time spent with our children, any relaxation time we may have had and money we cannot afford to spend on you to bring our concerns to Washington. Our president often knows all the right buzzword is unsustainable. Well, no kidding. How many tens of thousands of dollars did the focus group cost to come up with that word? We don't want your overpriced words. Stop treating us like we're morons.

We want all of you to stop focusing on your reelection and do the job we want done, not the job you want done or the job your party wants done. You work for us and at this rate I guarantee you not for long because we are coming. We will be heard and we will be represented. You think we're so busy with our lives that we will never come for you? We are the formerly silent majority, all of us who quietly work , pay taxes, obey the law, vote, save money, keep our noses to the grindstone and we are now looking up at you. You have awakened us, the patriotic spirit so strong and so powerful that it had been sleeping too long. You have pushed us too far. Our numbers are great. They may surprise you. For every one of us who will be there, there will be hundreds more that could not come. Unlike you, we have their trust. We will represent them honestly, rest assured. They will be at the polls on voting day to usher you out of office. We have cancelled vacations. We will use our last few dollars saved. We will find the representation among us and a grassroots campaign will flourish. We didn't ask for this fight. But the gloves are coming off. We do not come in violence, but we are angry. You will represent us or you will be replaced with someone who will. There are candidates among us when hewill rise like a Phoenix from the ashes that you have made of our constitution.

Democrat, Republican, independent, libertarian. Understand this. We don't care. Political parties are meaningless to us. Patriotic Americans are willing to do right by us and our Constitution and that is all that matters to us now. We are going to fire all of you who abuse power and seek more. It is not your power. It is ours and we want it back. We entrusted you with it and you abused it. You are dishonorable. You are dishonest. As Americans we are ashamed of you. You have brought shame to us. If you are not representing the wants and needs of your constituency loudly and consistently, in spite of the objections of your party, you will be fired. Did you hear? We no longer care about your political parties. You need to be loyal to us, not to them. Because we will get you fired and they will not save you. If you do or can represent me, my issues, my views, please stand up. Make your identity known. You need to make some noise about it. Speak up. I need to know who you are. If you do not speak up, you will be herded out with the rest of the sheep and we will replace the whole damn congress if need be one by one. We are coming. Are we coming for you? Who do you represent? What do you represent? Listen. Because we are coming. We the people are coming.

Yes, this is the letter read on Glenn Beck's program. This is required reading America. This also Requires action! I and many I know have repeated these very thoughts over the past couple of years. The time for words without action has ended. It is time to stand up and be heard. It is time to push those who don't represent the people and our great constitution, out of DC.

Here is a petition that I signed and if you agree with what is written above, then you should sign it too.

My bet is that this has been around a while, but it should be read by all. I don't know the author but I know his feelings and fustrations. If the author be real or fiction, the words are accurate and well stated.

J..D. Pendry is a retired Marine Sergeant Major who writes for Random
House. He is eloquent, and as taught by the Marines, he seldom beats
around the bush..

'The Axis of Idiots'

Jimmy Carter, you are the father of the Islamic Nazi movement. You
threw the Shah under the bus, welcomed the Ayatollah home, and then
lacked the spine to confront the terrorists when they took our embassy
and our people hostage. You're the runner-in-chief.

Bill Clinton, you played ring around the Lewinsky while the terrorists
were at war with us. You got us into a fight with them in Somalia and
then you ran from it. Your weak-willed responses to the USS Cole and
the First Trade Center Bombing and Our Embassy Bombings emboldened the
killers. Each time you failed to respond adequately, they grew bolder,
until 9/11/2001.

John Kerry, dishonesty is your most prominent attribute. You lied about
American Soldiers in Vietnam . Your military service, like your life,
is more fiction than fact. You've accused our military of terrorizing
women and children in Iraq .. You called Iraq the wrong war, wrong
place, wrong time, the same words you used to describe Vietnam . You're
a fake. You want to run from Iraq and abandon the Iraqis to murderers
just as you did to the Vietnamese.. Iraq , like Vietnam , is another wa
r that you were for, before you were against it.

John Murtha, you said our military was broken. You said we can't win
militarily in Iraq . You accused United States Marines of cold-blooded
murder without proof and said we should redeploy to Okinawa . Okinawa,
John ? And the Democrats call you their military expert! Are you sure
you didn't suffer a traumatic brain injury while you were off building
your war hero resume? You're a sad, pitiable, corrupt and washed up
politician. You're not a Marine, sir. You wouldn't amount to a good
pimple on a real Marine's butt. You're a phony and a disgrace. Run
away, John .

Dick Durbin, you accused our Soldiers at Guantanamo of being Nazis,
tenders of Soviet style gulags and as bad as the regime of Pol Pot ,
who murdered two million of his own people after your party abandoned
Southeast Asia to the Communists. Now you want to abandon the Iraqis to
the same fate. History was not a good teacher for you, was it? Lord
help us! See Dick run.

Ted Kennedy, for days on end you held poster-sized pictures from Abu
Ghraib in front of any available television camera. Al Jazeera quoted
you saying that Iraqi's torture chambers were open under new
management. Did you see the news, Teddy? The Islamic Nazis demonstrated
another beheading for you. If you truly supported our troops, you'd
show the world poster-sized pictures of that atrocity and demand the
annihilation of it. Your legislation stripping support from the South
Vietnamese led to a communist victory there. You're a bloated, drunken
fool bent on repeating the same historical blunder that turned
freedom-seeking people over to homicidal, genocidal maniacs. To
paraphrase John Murtha, all while sitting on your wide, gin-soaked
rear-end in Washington

Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Carl Levine, Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein,
Russ Feingold, Hillary Clinton, Pat Leahy, Barack Obama, Chuck Schumer,
the Hollywood Leftist morons, et al, ad nauseam: Every time you stand
in front of television cameras and broadcast to the Islamic Nazis that
we went to war because our President lied, that the war is wrong and
our Soldiers are torturers, that we should leave Iraq, you give the
Islamic butchers - the same ones that tortured and mutilated American
Soldiers - cause to think that we'll run away again, and all they have
to do is hang on a little longer. It is inevitable that we, the
infidels , will have to defeat the Islamic jihadists. Better to do it
now on their turf, than later on ours after they have gained both
strength and momentum.

American news media, the New York Times particularly: Each time you
publish stories about national defense secrets and our intelligence
gathering methods, you become one united with the sub-human pieces of
camel dung that torture and mutilate the bodies of American Soldiers.
You can't strike up the courage to publish cartoons, but you can help
Al Qaeda destroy my country. Actually, you are more dangerous to us
than Al Qaeda is. Think about that each time you face Mecca to admire
your Pulitzer.

You are America 's 'AXIS OF IDIOTS.' Your Collective Stupidity will
destroy us. Self-serving politics and terrorist-abetting news scoops
are more important to you than our national security or the lives of
innocent civilians and Soldiers. It bothers you that defending
ourselves gets in the way of your elitist sport of politics and your
ignorant editorializing. There is as much blood on your hands as is on
the hands of murdering terrorists. Don't ever doubt that. Your frolics
will only serve to extend this war as they extended Vietnam . If you
want our Soldiers home as you claim, knock off the crap and try
supporting your country ahead of supporting your silly political aims
and aiding our enemies.

Yes, I'm questioning your patriotism. Your loyalty ends with self. I'm
also questioning why you're stealing air that decent Americans could be
breathing. You don't deserve the protection of our men and women in
uniform. You need to run away from this war, this country. Leave the
war to the people who have the will to see it through and the country
to people who are willing to defend it.

Our country has two enemies:Those who want to destroy us from the
outside and those who attempt it from within.

Semper Fi,

Is This an Impeachable Offense?

I was just reading this article, and had to ask.

Obama fires watchdog who barked at his crony

By Drew Zahn

Former Inspector General Gerald Walpin filed two reports exposing gross misappropriation of federal AmeriCorps funds by a prominent Barack Obama supporter and was shortly thereafter fired by the White House, circumstances he told WND are likely linked and others have called an outright illegal action by the administration.

"I think you have to look at the facts and the circumstances and reach your conclusions," Walpin said in a WND interview. "I will tell you that [my firing] came only after we had issued those two reports to Congress, and I don't think that's a coincidence."

Further, Walpin said, "I am convinced that I and my office are not guilty of any impropriety. In essence, I was fired for doing my job."

Independent, federal inspectors general are supposed to be granted special protection from political interference – thanks in part to a law co-sponsored by the then-Senator Barack Obama – to ensure that they are free to investigate waste and fraud uninfluenced by political cronyism.

But after Walpin dared to push for action against the St. HOPE Academy program – run by Obama supporter and former NBA star Kevin Johnson – which had misappropriated hundreds of thousands of dollars in federal AmeriCorps funds, he nonetheless found himself fired by the White House under circumstances that have led some to wonder if Obama has violated his own co-sponsored law in retaliation.

Read the rest if you wish.

I realize we have a less then appropriate congress for handling such a matter as this, but could it be possible? The devil is in the details. If we have people in office that follow their oath and apply the law and the constitution to the issue in question then they must impeach. If instead we have a bunch of elitists who are above the law, then we as a nation have a major problem.

This could snowball the eligibility issue and make for a very difficult time in US history.

The Word IS Getting Out

City after City, Community after Community are doing what our federal government won't do, protect American Jobs. Many are passing laws that deny or penalize those who would hire illegals. The most significant part is the courts are ruling in the communities favor.

St. Louis suburb's immigration law upheld

ST. LOUIS | A federal appeals panel has upheld a suburban St. Louis town's ordinance prohibiting the hiring of illegal immigrants, a case that some observers believe could have national implications.

A three-judge panel of the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday unanimously affirmed a lower court's ruling in favor of the city of Valley Park.

Similar cases have been heard around the country. Last year, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld an Arizona state law that also bars the hiring of illegal immigrants. Meanwhile, the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia is weighing a similar case out of Hazleton, Pa.

We may have to take the nation back one city at a time. So far we are we are taking ground and setting legal presidents.

Thank You Valley Park Missouri.

Reflecting On Columbine

Guess our national leaders didn't expect this, hmm? On Thursday, Darrell Scott, the father of Rachel Scott, a victim of the Columbine High School shootings in Littleton , Colorado , was invited to address the House Judiciary Committee's subcommittee. What he said to our national leaders during this special session of Congress was painfully truthful.

They were not prepared for what he was to say, nor was it received well. It needs to be heard by every parent, every teacher, every politician, every sociologist, every psychologist, and every so-called expert! These courageous words spoken by Darrell Scott are powerful, penetrating, and deeply personal. There is no doubt that God sent this man as a voice crying in the wilderness. The following is a portion of the transcript:

"Since the dawn of creation there has been both good & evil in the hearts of men and women. We all contain the seeds of kindness or the seeds of violence. The death of my wonderful daughter, Rachel Joy Scott, and the deaths of that heroic teacher, and the other eleven children who died must not be in vain. Their blood cries out f or answers.

"The first recorded act of violence was when Cain slew his brother Abel out in the field. The villain was not the club he used.. Neither was it the NCA, the National Club Association. The true killer was Cain, and the reason for the murder could only be found in Cain's heart.

"In the days that followed the Columbine tragedy, I was amazed at how quickly fingers began to be pointed at groups such as the NRA. I am not a member of the NRA. I am not a hunter. I do not even own a gun. I am not here to represent or defend the NRA - because I don't believe that they are responsible for my daughter's death. Therefore I do not believe that they need to be defended. If I believed they had anything to do with Rachel's murder I would be their strongest opponent.

I am here today to declare that Columbine was not just a tragedy -- it was a spiritual event that should be forcing us to look at where the real blame lies! Much of the blame lies here in this room. Much of the blame lies behind the pointing fingers of the accusers themselves. I wrote a poem just four nights ago that expresses my feelings best.

Your laws ignore our deepest needs,
Your words are empty air.
You've stripped away our heritage,
You've outlawed simple prayer.
Now gunshots fill our classrooms,
And precious children die.
You seek for answers everywhere,
And ask the question "Why?"
You regulate restrictive laws,
Through legislative creed.
And yet you fail to understand,
That God is what we need!

"Men and women are three-part beings. We all consist of body, mind, and spirit. When we refuse to acknowledge a third part of our make-up, we create a void that allows evil, prejudice, and hatred to rush in and wreak havoc. Spiritual presences were present within our educational systems for most of our nation's history.. Many of our major colleges began as theological seminaries. This is a historical fact. What has happened to us as a nation? We have refused to honor God, and in so doing, we open the doors to hatred and violence. And when something as terrible as Columbine's tragedy occurs -- politicians immediately look for a scapegoat such as the NRA. They immediately seek to pass more restrictive laws that contribute to erode away our personal and private liberties. We do not need more restrictive laws. Eric and Dylan would not have been stopped by metal detectors. No amount of gun laws can stop someone who spends months planning this type of massacre. The real villain lies within our own hearts.

"As my son Craig lay under that table in the school library and saw his two friends murdered before his very eyes, he did not hesitate to pray in school. I defy any law or politician to deny him that right! I challenge every young person in America , and around the world, to realize that on April 20, 1999, at Columbine High School prayer was brought back to our schools. Do not let the many prayers offered by those students be in vain.. Dare to move into the new millennium with a sacred disregard for legislation that violates your God-given right to communicate with Him. To those of you who would point your finger at the NRA -- I give to you a sincere challenge. Dare to examine your
own heart before casting the first stone!

My daughter's death will not be in vain! The young people of this country will not allow that to happen!"

Do what the media did not - - let the nation hear this man's speech.. Please send this out to everyone you can. God Bless <><

What did Hoover, Truman, and Eisenhower have in common?

Here is something that should be of great interest for you to pass around.
I didn't know of this until it was pointed out to me.

Back during The Great Depression, President Herbert Hoover ordered the
deportation of ALL illegal aliens in order to make jobs available to American
citizens that desperately needed work..

Harry Truman deported over two million Illegal's after WWII to create jobs
for returning veterans.

And then again in 1954, President Dwight Eisenhower deported 13 million
Mexican Nationals! The program was called 'Operation Wetback'. It was
done so WWII and Korean Veterans would have a better chance at jobs.
It took 2 Years, but they deported them!

Now....if they could deport the illegal's back then - they could sure do it today?

lf you have doubts about the veracity of this information, enter Operation
Wetback into your favorite search engine and confirm it for yourself.

Reminder: Don't forget to pay your taxes...
12 million Illegal Aliens are depending on you!
